Owner Brad Johnson earned a BS in Fisheries Biology from the University of Washington before a career change lead him to the UW’s Master’s program in Construction Management. After a time working in commercial construction as a project manager in Western Washington, Brad was drawn to the collaborative, team-centric approach to design and construction found in the high-end residential world. After working in Seattle’s east side for over 15 years, Brad and his family moved to Park City. But the principles that guide his work – attention to detail, commitment to serving the customer, and communication at all levels – have not changed. The skiing, the biking, and the hiking certainly have, for the better, as Brad’s wife and twin daughters (and three crazy dogs) would all attest.
